Manage multiple restaurant locations from one account
Multi-Restaurant Management
Menu Studio makes it easy to manage multiple restaurant locations from a single account.
How It Works
Your account is organized into:
- Organization - Your business entity
- Restaurants - Individual locations under your organization
Each restaurant has its own:
- Menu library
- Menu items
- Team members
- Brand settings
- Analytics
Adding a New Restaurant
- From your dashboard, click Add Restaurant
- Enter the restaurant details
- Configure settings (or copy from an existing restaurant)
- Start building menus
Copying Between Restaurants
Save time by copying items and menus between locations:
Copy Menu Items
- Go to Menu Items in the source restaurant
- Select items to copy
- Click Copy to... and select destination
Copy Menus
- Go to Menus in the source restaurant
- Click the menu's options menu (âŽ)
- Select Copy to... and choose destination
Tip
After copying, you can customize items and menus for the specific location (different prices, items, etc.).
Switching Between Restaurants
Use the restaurant switcher in the top navigation:
- Click your current restaurant name
- Select from your restaurant list
- You're now viewing that restaurant's dashboard

Restaurant Limits by Plan
Your plan determines how many restaurants you can create:
- Free - 1 restaurant
- Starter - 3 restaurants
- Pro - 10 restaurants
- Enterprise - Unlimited
