Upgrading Your Plan

Unlock more features by upgrading your Menu Studio subscription.

How to Upgrade

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Click Change Plan
3. Select your new plan
4. Enter payment information (if not on file)
5. Confirm the upgrade

What Happens When You Upgrade

• Immediate Access - New features are available instantly
• Prorated Billing - You only pay the difference for the current period
• No Data Loss - All your existing menus and content remain intact

Upgrading Mid-Cycle

When you upgrade in the middle of a billing period:

1. We calculate the unused portion of your current plan
2. Apply that as a credit toward the new plan
3. Charge the prorated difference
4. Your new billing date stays the same

Monthly vs. Annual Billing

Save money by switching to annual billing:

To switch to annual:

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Click Switch to Annual
3. Confirm the change

Trial Period

All new accounts get a 14-day Pro trial:

• Full access to Pro features
• No credit card required
• Converts to Free if you don't subscribe

Enterprise Upgrades

For Enterprise plans:

1. Click Contact Sales on the billing page
2. Or email enterprise@menustudio.com
3. We'll set up a custom plan for your needs
