Team Invitations

Collaborate with your team by inviting them to your organization or specific restaurants.

Understanding Invitations

Menu Studio has two levels of invitations:

1. Organization Invitations - Access to all restaurants in your organization
2. Restaurant Invitations - Access to a specific restaurant only

Inviting to Your Organization

1. Go to Settings → Organization → Team
2. Click Invite Member
3. Enter their email address
4. Select a role (Admin or Member)
5. Click Send Invitation

The invitee will receive an email with a link to accept.

Inviting to a Restaurant

1. Go to your restaurant dashboard
2. Click Team in the sidebar
3. Click Invite User
4. Enter their email and select a role
5. Click Send Invitation

Invitation Status

Track your invitations:

• Pending - Invitation sent, waiting for acceptance
• Accepted - User has joined
• Expired - Invitation link expired (resend if needed)

Resending Invitations

If an invitation expires or the recipient didn't receive it:

1. Find the pending invitation in your team list
2. Click Resend
3. A new invitation email is sent

Revoking Invitations

Cancel a pending invitation:

1. Find the invitation in your team list
2. Click Revoke
3. The invitation link becomes invalid
