Login Issues
Having trouble signing in to Menu Studio? Let's get you back in.
Forgot Password
- Go to the sign in page
- Click Forgot Password
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for the reset link
- Click the link and set a new password

Password reset links expire after 24 hours. Request a new one if needed.
Not Receiving Reset Email
Check spam/junk folder first!
If the email doesn't arrive:
- Verify you're using the correct email address
- Check if your email provider blocks automated emails
- Add noreply@menustudio.com to your contacts
- Wait a few minutes and try again
- Contact support if still not working
Invalid Email or Password
Symptoms: Error message on login.
Solutions:
- Double-check your email spelling
- Check Caps Lock isn't on
- Try copying password from password manager
- Reset your password if unsure
Account Locked
Symptoms: Message says account is locked or suspended.
This can happen due to:
- Too many failed login attempts
- Billing issues
- Terms of service violation
Solutions:
- Wait 30 minutes and try again (failed attempts)
- Check billing status in email
- Contact support@menustudio.com
Can't Sign Up
Symptoms: Sign up process fails.
Check:
- Use a valid email format
- Password meets requirements (8+ characters, mix of types)
- You're not using a disposable email address
- Account doesn't already exist (try password reset)
Session Expired
Symptoms: Randomly logged out while working.
Causes:
- Inactive for extended period
- Browser cleared cookies
- Signed in on another device
Solutions:
- Sign in again
- Check "Remember me" when logging in
- Don't clear cookies for menustudio.com

Your work is auto-saved, so being logged out shouldn't lose changes.

- Chrome (recommended)
- Firefox
- Safari
- Edge
If having issues:
- Update your browser to latest version
- Disable browser extensions
- Try incognito/private mode
- Clear cookies for menustudio.com
Two-Factor Authentication Issues
If you've enabled 2FA and can't access:
- Use your backup codes (saved during 2FA setup)
- If no backup codes, contact support with identity verification
