Make your menu uniquely yours with custom styling options.

Brand Settings vs Menu Styling

There are two levels of styling in Menu Studio:

  1. Brand Settings (Restaurant level) - Default styles for all menus
  2. Menu Styling (Per menu) - Override defaults for specific menus

Accessing Style Settings

  1. Open your menu in the editor
  2. Click the Design tab in the sidebar
  3. Adjust settings in the style panel

Color Options

Background Colors

  • Solid colors
  • Gradients
  • Background images

Text Colors

  • Heading color
  • Body text color
  • Price color
  • Description color

Tip

Use your brand colors for headings and accents, but keep body text dark for readability.

Typography

Font Selection

Choose from our curated font library:

  • Space Grotesk - Modern, geometric headings
  • DM Sans - Clean, readable body text
  • Playfair Display - Elegant, classic feel
  • And many more...

Font Sizes

Adjust sizes for:

  • Menu title
  • Section headings
  • Item names
  • Descriptions
  • Prices

Spacing and Layout

Control the whitespace in your menu:

  • Section margins
  • Item padding
  • Line height
  • Column gaps (for multi-column layouts)

Borders and Decorations

Add visual interest with:

  • Section dividers
  • Decorative borders
  • Background patterns
  • Corner ornaments

Promotional Pricing

Highlight special prices:

  • Enable strikethrough pricing to show original vs. promotional price
  • Add pricing labels like "Happy Hour" or "Lunch Special"
  • Choose badge or inline display styles
