Generate professional, print-ready PDF files from your digital menus.

Exporting a Menu

  1. Open your menu in the editor
  2. Click Export in the toolbar
  3. Select PDF
  4. Choose your paper size and options
  5. Click Download PDF

Paper Size Options

Orientation

Choose between:

  • Portrait - Taller than wide (most common)
  • Landscape - Wider than tall (great for table tents)

Print Settings

Bleed and Margins

For professional printing:

  • Enable bleed marks if your printer requires them
  • Set appropriate margins for binding

Color Mode

  • RGB - For digital display and home printing
  • CMYK - For professional print shops

Info

Most print shops prefer CMYK color mode. Check with your printer before ordering.

Multi-Page Menus

Long menus automatically split across multiple pages. You can control:

  • Where page breaks occur
  • Section grouping
  • Header/footer repetition

Downloading

After generating your PDF:

  1. Preview the result
  2. Click Download
  3. Your PDF is saved to your downloads folder

Save your export settings as a preset for quick future exports.
