Managing Your Subscription
View and manage all aspects of your Menu Studio subscription.
Accessing Billing Settings
Only organization Owners can access billing:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- View your current plan and usage
- Manage payment methods and invoices
Viewing Your Current Plan
The billing page shows:
- Current plan name
- Billing cycle (monthly/annual)
- Next billing date
- Current usage vs. limits
Payment Methods
Adding a Card
- Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Methods
- Click Add Payment Method
- Enter card details
- Click Save
Changing Your Card
- Add the new card first
- Set it as the default
- Remove the old card if desired
Accepted Payment Methods
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Discover, Diners Club
- Debit cards with Visa/MC logo

Menu Studio uses Stripe for secure payment processing. We never store your full card number.
Invoices
Viewing Invoices
- Go to Settings → Billing → Invoices
- Click any invoice to view details
- Download PDF for your records
Invoice Contents
- Plan charges
- Prorated credits/charges
- Tax (if applicable)
- Payment method used
Canceling Your Subscription
We're sorry to see you go! To cancel:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Select a reason (optional, helps us improve)
- Confirm cancellation
What Happens After Cancellation
- You keep Pro features until the end of your billing period
- After that, your account downgrades to Free
- Your data is preserved (within Free plan limits)
⚠️
Warning
If you exceed Free plan limits when downgraded, you won't be able to create new items until you're within limits or resubscribe.
Refunds
- Annual plans: Prorated refund within first 30 days
- Monthly plans: No refunds, but you keep access until period ends
- Contact support@menustudio.com for special circumstances
