Update payment methods, view invoices, and manage billing

Managing Your Subscription

View and manage all aspects of your Menu Studio subscription.

Accessing Billing Settings

Only organization Owners can access billing:

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. View your current plan and usage
  3. Manage payment methods and invoices

Viewing Your Current Plan

The billing page shows:

  • Current plan name
  • Billing cycle (monthly/annual)
  • Next billing date
  • Current usage vs. limits

Payment Methods

Adding a Card

  1. Go to SettingsBillingPayment Methods
  2. Click Add Payment Method
  3. Enter card details
  4. Click Save

Changing Your Card

  1. Add the new card first
  2. Set it as the default
  3. Remove the old card if desired

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Discover, Diners Club
  • Debit cards with Visa/MC logo

Menu Studio uses Stripe for secure payment processing. We never store your full card number.

Invoices

Viewing Invoices

  1. Go to SettingsBillingInvoices
  2. Click any invoice to view details
  3. Download PDF for your records

Invoice Contents

  • Plan charges
  • Prorated credits/charges
  • Tax (if applicable)
  • Payment method used

Canceling Your Subscription

We're sorry to see you go! To cancel:

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Select a reason (optional, helps us improve)
  4. Confirm cancellation

What Happens After Cancellation

  • You keep Pro features until the end of your billing period
  • After that, your account downgrades to Free
  • Your data is preserved (within Free plan limits)
⚠️

Warning

If you exceed Free plan limits when downgraded, you won't be able to create new items until you're within limits or resubscribe.

Refunds

  • Annual plans: Prorated refund within first 30 days
  • Monthly plans: No refunds, but you keep access until period ends
  • Contact support@menustudio.com for special circumstances
